WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards.

 

DO YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT SIZE?
We only have the sizes listed on the product page in stock. We unfortunately only carry limited sizes in stock.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If your order has not been shipped out yet, you may change or cancel your order. Write us as soon as possible at info@boutiqueuma.com with the subject line: Change/Cancel My Order. Please include your order number. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Boutique Uma reserves the right to cancel your order and you will be notified before cancelling your order if:

  • You provide an unauthorized credit card
  • You provide invalid personal details
  • We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided

 

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@boutiqueuma.com. Once something has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.

 

WILL I FIT INTO A GARMENT LISTED AS ONE SIZE/FREE SIZE?
Our one size garments are items that are meant to be worn oversized, are free flowing or adjustable. If you wear a size small to large, these items will generally fit you.

 

WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have place your order and it is being processed. Once it is shipped you will receive another e-mail containing your tracking number.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We deliver North America wide within 2-10 business days depending on where you are located and whether you have chosen standard or express shipping.

 

DO YOU DO EXCHANGES?
Of course, if you would like to make an exchange, please e-mail us at info@boutiqueuma.com and we will gladly assist you by providing all necessary steps.

All returns and exchanges must be in the same condition you received them in. All items must not be worn, washed or damaged. You have 15 days to exchange of your original purchase. All original tags must be attached. A store (online or in-store) credit will be provided for any returned items.

Unfortunately, jewelry - anklets, earrings, bracelets, necklaces and tikkas are final sale.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?

Provincial and Federal taxes are not included in the price of the product; taxes will be applied at checkout.

You are not responsible for duties.
